You new guys...

...stick around, it gets worse. There's more than just those two.

If you want something to do this morning (besides drink whisky in a "sailor wanna hump-hump bar") Check out the second set of 10-31-79. Crazy set line-up and solid playing and singing. Shakedown is a funky groove you won't soon forget.

BTW - don't bother with the first set - guess the drugs hadn't kicked in yet %-}

Hey rastamon - the only halloween show I was lucky enough to be at was the 1990 one in London. I was listening to it the other day to revisit good memories and it stands up well. I remember Bird Song in the first set being absolutely jaw-dropping, even though Garcia's voice was totally shot. The second set (Scarlet-Fire, Truckin', He's Gone) was none too shabby either. At the time it was hard to know really how good the show was because at that point we were really starved of live Dead over here. Give it a listen if you like, be glad to hear what you think.

And good luck with loving the Scots - its something we haven't quite managed to succeed at ourselves yet.
